The Highly Anticipated Movie , Final Destination 6, has a brand new promising update courtesy of franchise creator Jeffrey Reddick. Speaking with HIPHOPCNN Entertainment recently, Reddick revealed that the sixth outing in the series, which sees a group of friends cheat death before being systematically hunted down by an invisible force that is the Grim Reaper itself, is ready to go once the ongoing strike action comes to an end.Reddick heaped praise on Final Destination 6 writers Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, their passion for the project, and their determination to maintain the integral themes while making things feel fresh.
The details of what Final Destination 6 will involve remain unknown (there have been reports that it could center on first responders such as EMTs, firefighters, and the police), Reddick has previously revealed that will make changes to the familiar formula.
“I will say that it’s not just going to be another kind of ‘we set up a group of people, they cheat death, and then just death gets them,’” he said last year. “And there’s one wrinkle that we kind of added to every movie to kind of like change it up a little bit: this one is… a true Final Destination movie, but it doesn’t follow that kind of formula that we’ve kind of established… I think I can say that much.”
