HIPHOPCNN has an inside on THQ Nordic Digital Showcase, we learned about a new game starring everyone’s favorite raunchy Colorado kids. South Park: Snow Day is arriving in 2024, looks to carry on the series’ legacy of over-the-top and mature-rated humor while still viewing life through the eyes of children.
Starring the core group of Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny, players take part in celebrations surrounding the magical occasion of a snow day. Four players can join together in this co-op title on a quest to save the world during a day without school. You can see the teaser trailer for this game below.
The game is in development by Question Games, a studio based in California and Virginia. In the past, the studio has worked on The Blackout Club and The Magic Circle. South Park: Snow Day! is set to arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, and PC in 2024.
This is the most recent South Park game made for consoles, following the 2017 release of South Park: The Fractured but Whole, a 2D turn-based RPG by Ubisoft. While the most recent game based on the South Park IP was the free-to-play RTS title South Park: Phone Destroyer, released in 2017 for Android and iOS.
