KANYE WEST OFFICIALLY MARRIED
According to a recent report from U.K.’s DailyMail.com, it has been confirmed that Kanye West and Bianca Censori have tied the knot. The couple reportedly obtained a confidential marriage license in California, ensuring that their marriage remains private and is not publicly recorded.
According to documents obtained and reviewed by DailyMail.com, Kanye West’s marriage to his second wife became official on December 20, 2022. This occurred just one month after he finalized his divorce from his first wife, Kim Kardashian, in November of the same year. The wedding ceremony took place in Palo Alto, California, at a undisclosed location. The official marriage certificate recorded the complete names of the couple as Bianca Censori and Ye. It is worth noting that Ye legally changed his name from Kanye Omari West to this mononym in October 2021. They listed Kanye’s sprawling $14 million ranch in Wyoming as their marital home.
According to reports, California-based officiant James Mayfield recently married Ye and Bianca. It is mentioned on his website that a confidential marriage license was used for the wedding, which does not require any witnesses to be present. Sources suggest that Ye desired a secret wedding due to the extensive publicity surrounding his previous marriage.
“Ye has been a megastar for two decades and counting, and his first marriage was to someone who lives almost full time in front of a camera,” the insider reportedly told the website.
“Bianca and Ye have a totally different vibe,” the source continued. “They are very private, very affectionate and totally devoted to each other. I think they both enjoy carving out time that’s just for them.”
The source added: “For that reason, they’ve been extremely hush-hush about the specifics of their wedding day. I don’t think anyone besides the pair of them know exactly how it went down.”
KANYE WEST TRADEMARKS YEWS
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Kanye West has filed 26 trademark applications for products to be called “YEWS.”
TMZ recently reported that there are documents filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office indicating an individual’s attempt to secure trademark rights for various YEWS-related categories. These include entertainment services, clothing, music and television production, as well as educational seminars and more. While Kanye West’s name is not explicitly mentioned in the documents, there are speculations that Ox Paha Inc., listed as the applicant, may be associated with the renowned Chicago rapper-producer. The provided address corresponds to Kanye’s reported office situated on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.
The trademark documents indicate that the attorney listed is Gregory K. Nelson. Interestingly, he is also the lawyer representing Kanye in his breach of contract lawsuit. This legal action was filed just last month against the individuals or entities who leaked Kanye’s music online without authorization.
It is currently unclear whether Kanye West is directly involved in the trademarking process of the word in question or if he has personally filed the necessary documents.
